Sadness

Wednesday

An old friend from Lawton called me today. She told me that a friend of ours, who worked at the hospital with us, died this past June of cancer. Mona was still young and was a very cool person and a very good friend. I will miss her.

Mona always sang Patsy Cline on the karaoke. So here's one for you Monie and girl, you are in a much better place. I'll miss you :(

I go out walking, after midnight
Out in the moonlight
Just like we used to do
I'm always walking, after midnight
Searching for you

I walk for miles, along the highway
Well that's just my way
Of saying I love you
I'm always walking after midnight
Searching for you

I stop to see a weeping willow
Crying on his pillow
Maybe he's crying for me
And as the skies turn gloomy
Night winds whisper to me
I'm lonesome as I can be

I go out walking, after midnight
Out in the moonlight
Just hoping you may be
Somewhere a walking after midnight
Searching for me

I stop to see a weeping willow
Crying on his pillow
Maybe he's crying for me
And as the skies turn gloomy
Night winds whisper to me
I'm lonesome as I can be

I go out walking, after midnight
Out in the moonlight
Just hoping you may be
Somewhere a walking after midnight
Searching for me

Good Bye Mona
