What a Great Weekend!

A fun time was has by all!
I went and picked up Bo and Alyssa early on Friday. I got back in time to wrap Richelle's present before she got home. As soon as she arrived I let her open it. Wow! The screams, the shaking, the phone calls (with more screaming). I think she likes it ;) For those who don't already know, I got Richelle an IPOD.
Of course, this meant that I had to spend a great deal of time getting it operational. It was a chore.
Saturday I spent the majority of the day working on the IPOD. See the IPOD worked on Friday. There were still some issues on getting the songs she wanted but at least it was working. By the time I got up on Saturday (9 I think) it no longer worked, lol. So I spent a good portion of the day trying to figure out what the problem was. After an hour on the phone with customer service it finally started to work again. We still have some issues with it but I'm going to ask Andrew about them in Latin class today. Hopefully he can give us some insight.
The party commenced around 4. The house was way crowded. The family was here: Keli, Kenny and the babies; Jeanne, Mark, Amber, and Matt; Joyce, Alex, Audrey, and Mehrzad. Plus all of Richelles friends: Alyssa, Amber, Ashley, DeMorney, Morgan, Sammie, Andrew, Cookie Boy, Astone, Spencer. Whew..I think that is all. Goddess forbid I forgot anyone. It was wonderfully fun and crowded. After a while things began to calm down. Most of the girls stayed the night.
Richelle got some great gifts and is eager to go shopping with the gift cards that she got. I think she is very happy.
Late night on Saturday we got into a game of Hero Quest. Then on Sunday we played more. It was alot of fun and we hope to get some games in next weekend after we visit the Medieval Fair on Saturday and Sunday.

Well, that is pretty much the synopsis of the weekend. I want to say a great big Thanks to those family members that came. You made it special for Richelle.
